Spring Newsletter


It's testing time! We all know it's that time of year for ISAT Testing and it can be a bit overwhelming. Don't fret! If you get test anxiety or even just simply want to prepare more, there are several resources that can help you. Here's a few quick hitters in the meantime:


  1. Get plenty of sleep at least A WEEK before testing. Elementary students usually need between 10-12 hours of sleep each night.
  2. Drink plenty of water and eat well. Where possible, eat a protein-high breakfast the day of testing in order to give your brain plenty of oxygen during testing!
  3. Take breaks during testing when needed. Do some incognito stretching and tension-relieving exercises to help you stay focused.
  4. Do your best! When you are done testing give yourself a pat on the back, you deserve it!
