What is the Community Resources for Families Program?

Community Resources for Families (CRFF) connects families with appropriate resources available in the community. It is a voluntary prevention-based program developed to provide assistance and support for families whose children attend participating schools. A wide range of services are available through CRFF but the program is specifically designed to assist a family facing a crisis or emergency situation.

There are various ways in which a family can participate, depending upon their individual need and desire. The level of involvement can range from a one-time visit to obtain needed information to an assessment and planning process of up to 90 days. Since CRFF is a partnership between the School District and Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, financial assistance may be made available for those who qualify.
